Mat Pilates is perfect for beginners because all you need is a mat and some place to exercise. Our trainers will guide you through rehabilitation while working on specific, targeted areas to help you strengthen your muscles or recover from an injury.

Pilates exercises are always practiced with the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. Why Mat Pilates?


Our Mat Pilates option offers beginners a good introduction to Pilates, and will only require a mat to carry out the exercise, offered individually and in classes. Mat Pilates is great for building a strong, balanced body. You'll be able to breathe better, focus more, manage stress better, and become more aware of your body. Add 15 minutes of meditation to the end of a mat class and you’ll come away feeling connected, centered, aligned & rejuvenated.
