Due to her early years of ballet training, Margaret was immediately drawn to Pilates’ focus on fluidity and excellence in movement, and quickly fell in love with it. She was amazed at how Pilates added to her strength, flexibility and posture just after a few sessions. After a year of dedicated practice, she decided to train to become an instructor.
Fully certified in STOTT Pilates Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels, Margaret is enthusiastic about using its holistic approach that engages the mind’s awareness of the body to help clients lead healthy and active lives. She has completed the Injuries and Special Populations Course and believes that Pilates is a cornerstone of rehabilitation and a tool to strengthen and mobilize the body.
The best reward in her opinion is being able to educate clients on healthy movements and the principles behind Pilates that have made the method so effective and successful. Today she continues to expand on her anatomy and Pilates knowledge to help clients achieve optimum health and healing through movement.
Margaret’s passion for health and fitness started since childhood. As a student, she had trained as a cross-country runner and competed at national level. She always finds the time to move her body, whether it’s a tabata or HIIT workout, swimming, paddleboarding or just walking.
Margaret returned to Singapore after having lived and taught in Australia for several years. She is a mother of two, loves her coffee and is working on taming her sweet tooth.

Chandler was born in Arizona before moving to Los Angeles in 2009 to attend The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. From there she remained in the fashion industry until 2015. In 2011 at only 22 years old, she began to experience chronic pain as well as a myriad of other symptoms. After years of doctors, procedures and medication with no answers, she began seeing Naturopaths and Kinesiologists whom recommended Pilates to further assist in alleviating her pain. The combination had a profound effect on what she would learn were multiple autoimmune conditions. The life changing impact she felt from the Pilates method motivated her to leave the fashion world and strive to help others have a similar experience. Today she is mostly pain free thanks to the healing power of Pilates combined with her holistic approach towards healing the body. She began with classical training in mat Pilates, before moving to the Balanced Body reformer. From there she received comprehensive contemporary training on Stott apparatuses. After which she began training in fascial release amongst other techniques and continues to further her 2,000+ hours of training. Chandler is passionate about getting her clients out of pain and into the best physical shape, while focusing on correcting muscle imbalances. She hones in on body mechanics, while using seamless transitions and proper breath work. The combination of her classical and contemporary background has made her a skilled and qualified teacher. Her sessions focus on helping her clients learn to connect with their body and practice contrology in order to aid alignment and strengthen muscles while lengthening. When she is not at the studio Chandler loves cooking, antiquing and exploring her new home here in Singapore.

Hello! I’m Kim!
I’ve been diagnosed with scoliosis at a very young age and was recommended to start swimming to mobilise my spine. I went into competitive swimming and over the years, due to the complication of the sun and chlorine – I had to stop swimming.
I ventured into other activities, however, due to my flexibility, I injured myself and had an annular sprain (L3-L4) while training. I wasn’t able to sit, run, jump or do any activities that had impact for 3-4 months. I couldn’t even sit down for more than 20 min without pain.
I did Pilates for rehab (almost about 4-5 times a week) With Pilates- It has elevated by lower back issue. I do not suffer from lower back pain anymore unless I do too many flexion exercises. I’m very careful with myself since- to inhabit good posture and form in my day-to-day life.
With this, I decided to learn and get certified in Pilates to spread my knowledge and experience to anyone out there to benefit from this or to have better control and mobility with their body. It is about precise movement with control. I got myself certified and am spreading my enthusiasm and love of Pilates to everyone.
